 The "Rental" plan includes:

• Initial rental portfolio consultation
• Annual review of portfolio including interest rates 
• Annual financial statements and tax returns
• Xero subscription
• Tax administration with the Inland Revenue
• Company administration with the Companies Office
• Free ongoing phone and email support

While a fixed price means you have unlimited consultation with your accountant, if your query needs further investigative analysis that work will be subject to additional agreed cost.  If unanticipated needs arise such as the sale and purchase of major assets, audits by a tax agency or any other activity we will perform this at an agreed price.
